My Health Transformation Journey
I reached a point where enough was truly enough. I was exhausted ,tired of the extra weight, constant fatigue, foggy brain, and yes, even rising LDL cholesterol. Deep down, I knew something had to change. I also knew I couldn’t do it alone. I’d tried multiple diets before and failed miserably.
Then one day, while scrolling through LinkedIn, I stumbled upon posts from Coach Beatrice , or as I like to call her, Coach B. Something in her message spoke directly to me. I booked a clarity call, and from that moment, I was all in.
Eight months later, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I’ve learned so much about nutrition, gut health, movement, and what true accountability looks like. I thank God for connecting us.
Today:
• I sleep better
• I am 15 kilos lighter
• My cholesterol has gone down
• Foggy brain and creaky knees? Gone
• And somewhere along the way, a quiet but powerful self-confidence began to rise
